Carvill Scholarship award will provide a child of an ArmyNational Guard soldier who is currently deployed or has been deployed, $1500towards their college tuition.This scholarship fund was started in memory of NJ's own fallen National Guardsoldier who dedicated his life towards community service and mentoringothers.
