Frank T. Carvill Scholarship

The annual Frank T. Carvill Scholarship award will provide a child of an Army National Guard soldier who is currently deployed or has been deployed $1500 towards their college tuition. This scholarship fund was started in memory of NJ's own fallen National Guard soldier who dedicated his life towards community service and mentoring others.
